Don't forget this Wednesday Perry Central is hosting Digital 4 Good, to help our students in grades 7-12 learn about digital safety, particularly regarding cell phone usage. In today’s world, technology is an ever-evolving tool we use daily, but it can also pose risks if not used responsibly or monitored effectively. Our goal is to educate both students and families to ensure student safety.
The digital world is evolving rapidly, bringing new opportunities—and risks. Join us for an empowering session to learn how to keep your child safe online.
👾 What’s at Stake?
- Understanding cyberbullying and its impacts.
- Recognizing the warning signs of sextortion and online predators.
- Proactive steps to build a safer digital environment at home.
🛡️ Why This Matters
Equip yourself with tools and strategies to:
- Spot potential dangers before they escalate.
- Open communication lines with your child about their online activity.
- Foster a positive and responsible online presence for your family.
💬 Let’s make the digital world a safer place—together.
Bring your questions, concerns, and curiosity! You'll leave with actionable tips and a stronger sense of control over your child’s digital environment.
