IMPORTANT NEWS ~   

Juniors and Seniors!  We are doing a 6 on 6 co-ed dodgeball tournament at After Prom.  Anyone attending after prom is eligible to play (including out-of-school dates and student council workers).  You need to get your teams created and sign up in English class (Howe's room) or the High School Office by Friday!  Thank you!  

Anyone who has borrowed a chromebook or charger, please turn in to the tech room.   

Business class is selling ice cream at lunch for $1 every Friday.

ATHLETIC INFO ~   

High School Cheer Football/Basketball Tryouts will be on May 16th at 4 p.m. in the dome.  Tryout practice will be on May 8th from 4-5 p.m. in the Elem Cafe/Gym and again on May 14th from 4-5 p.m. in the HS gym.  There will also be a parent meeting on May 8th at 5 p.m in the Elem Cafe/Gym.

Junior High Cheer tryouts (for football, basketball or both) will be on May 16th at 3:30 p.m.  Tryout practices will be on May 8th & 9th from 3:15-4:30 p.m. in the HS gym.  

The JH B/G track teams will travel to Mitchell today for the PLAC meet at 5 p.m.

The varsity softball team will host Tell City today at 5 p.m.

The varsity baseball team will host Wood Memorial today at 6 p.m.

The JH baseball team will host Crawford Co. tomorrow morning at 10 a.m.

The 7th/8th boys basketball volunteer Open Gym will be on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4-5:30 p.m. in the Field House - Court 3.

COMMUNITY NEWS ~  

Perry County Youth Tennis summer info is posted on the bulletin board outside the HS office for grades 3-8.  Please contact Laura Dillery at 859-684-7282 or laurad@tricountyymca.org with any questions!  

German American Bank offers Perry Central School Spirit debit cards.  The bank donates $.02 to P. C. for every debit card transaction.  If you currently have a GAB debit card, there is no charge to switch to a PC School Spirit card.   The cards are printed at any location in just a few minutes.

Marcy’s Restaurant in Leopold is hiring students aged 16+.  Typical hours are 4-8 p.m. and around 15-20 hrs per week.  Must have reliable transportation.  There are a variety of duties.  Apply in person after school or email support@marcysrestaurant.com   

 Anderson Woods Summer Camp for kids and adults with special needs is still looking for young people to serve as camp counselors during the months of June and July.  Both paid and volunteer positions available.
