Students with Medicaid and students who are uninsured or underinsured may contact the Perry County Health department for clinic information.  Routine clinic times may vary during the summer and holidays.  They can be reached at 812-547-2746.

Students who are insured can make an appointment for routine immunizations with the physician of their choice or contact Perry County Memorial Hospital for a clinic appointment.  They can be reached at 812-547-0128.
