Finals will be given to grades 7-12 on Monday during 2nd, 4th, & 6th periods. Finals will be given to grades 7-11 on Tuesday during 1st, 3rd, 5th, & 7th periods.

Locker Clean-Out Schedule for Monday: Period 1 – Seniors 8-8:20 a.m.; Juniors 8:20-8:48 a.m.; Period 3 – Sophomores 8:52-9:12 a.m.; Freshman 9:12-9:34 a.m.; Period 5 – 8th Grade 9:38-10 a.m.; 7th Grade 10-10:20 a.m.; & Period 7 – Leftovers.
Any current 7th or 8th grade student interested in learning more about a possible career in law enforcement can apply to attend the Indiana Sheriffs’ Association Youth Leadership Camp. Interested students can see Mrs. French for an application and more information.
The varsity baseball team will travel to Forest Park for a game today at 5:30 p.m.
The V/JV softball team will travel to NE Dubois for a game today at 4:30 p.m.
Any volleyball or football player that would like to order a copy of the PLAC Conference Picture for volleyball or football should place the order in the HS office today. Delivery of the pictures will be on Monday, May 20th. Cost of the 8” X 10” photo is $15. Checks can be written out to Danny Bolin Photography. Copies of the pictures are on display in the HS office. Senior Art Displays will be on display in the HS commons area thru today.
Anyone interested in joining or re-joining band, please see Mrs. French. Perry Central will offer an additional band class for those interested in learning to play an instrument, but not able to participate in Marching Band. There will be no subs, soup or salads in the cafeteria the last 2 days of school.
Any junior or senior interested in taking Speech at Ivy Tech this summer for college credit should see Mrs. French for questions.
SENIORS: There are a few graduation announcements available to purchase in the office for $1.25 each (first come – first serve).
NOTICE: Library books should be returned this week.
REMINDER: Anyone who borrowed a calculator from Dalonda Hayes, please turn in calculator to the office after your final.
Football camp for gr. 7-8 will conclude today. Camp starts at 3:15 p.m. and ends at 5 p.m. There is no charge. See Mr. Gibson for details.
A football family meeting will be on Mon., May 20 at 6 p.m. in the study hall room.
Any student athlete in grades 7-11 that would like to attend the PC Summer Speed Camp or wants more information about the Speed Camp can obtain a form from the HS office, Mrs. Genet, or the school’s website. Completed forms with camp fees need to be returned to the HS office or to Mrs. Genet today.
Any 7th grade girl interested in participating in the PC Volleyball Camp to be held June 10-13 can obtain a camp form from Mrs. Genet, Mrs. Lynch, or the school’s website. Completed camp forms with camp fees are due today to the HS office or Mrs. Genet.
Summer PE forms are available in the office. If you participate in 75 hours of athletics under a P.C. coach you can earn one hour of summer credit.
8th Graders: Applications are available in the office for WE THE YOUTH of Perry County for next year’s Freshmen. Deadline for application is June 15.
Ory’s School of Driver’s Education will be signing students up for the June session this week. This class may get full fast so you need to get your name on the list. Call Ruth Ory at 812-568-8243.
Any graduating senior that would be interested in a summer job weed-eating for PSCI please, see Mrs. Backer. It would be forty hours a week.
